The wedding photography gallery software technology that I use is outstanding.  If you have a smartphone (iphone, android, etc) you can save your gallery as an 'App' to your phone screen or tablet, so that everywhere you go you carry instant access to your images with you, as long as you have internet / wi-fi access.  No more hunting for CD's, and perfect for sharing with friends and family- wherever you are.

 

Setting Up Your App

 

All you have to do is open the link that I send to you - and then follow the simple on-screen instructions to save your gallery to your device.  

 

Whenever you wish to show off your pics, just click the icon on your phone screen and you will be taken directly to your images.  

 

It really is simple too. For example on an iphone, you just hold down the middle button while looking at your gallery online, and when the options are presented, click 'add to home screen' and voila- your images in the palm of your hand and a shiny new app on your screen.

 

Downloading & Saving Your Images

 

You can also download your images directly from your gallery in full, high resolution.  (If you have purchased the Essence Package,you will need to download them individually but again that is simple too- just click each image individually and when the image is enlarged you will be presented with options on the right hand side).  

 

Side Note; When the gallery is in full screen mode (eg looking at the photos as a group, not individually) and you click 'view more' at the bottom, you will be given some options on the left hand side- here you will see further categories that your occasion may have classified into for ease of use.  

 

If you have purchased any package other than Essence, you are able to download all of your images at once- saving you valuable time.

 

Safe Storage of Your Photographs

 

You will need to download your images before the gallery expires.  

 

However you can also opt to extend the gallery for an entire year-  this keep your images online, ready to download and share whenever you like; but also this keeps your images stored safely online (in 'the cloud') for TEN YEARS.  In which time, you might well move house, have children perhaps, or generally do other things that might cause you to lose a CD or DVD of images. Your images are all safe and fully protected here for you.

Social Sharing

 

The gallery software I use is absolutely perfect for social sharing- to share on facebook all you need to do is again click on the image you like, (or if you are already on it) just click the 'F' icon on the right hand side.  You can also do this for twitter and Pinterest.  Perfect for those who couldn't make the wedding- and just for showing everyone your wonderful day in a convenient and simple way.
